Abraham Lincoln Vs. Zombies: Official Trailer!

Here’s the first official trailer for The Asylum’s latest “mockbuster” Abraham Lincoln Vs. Zombies! Now, don’t be confused if you thought that Abraham Lincoln hunted vampires rather than zombies… that’s entirely understandable.

See, back in 2010 author Seth Grahame-Smith followed up his hugely popular literary mash-up Pride and Prejudice and Zombies with the equally successful Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. Tim Burton quickly snatched up the film rights, passed the project on to director Timur Bekmambetov and the official adaptation is scheduled for release later this summer. But never fear true zombie fans, The Asylum is bringing everything full circle! Ah, delicious irony.

Personally, i enjoy The Asylum’s peculiar brand of low-budget b-movies.
