AMC Reveals The Walking Dead Poster

AMC revealed the new poster art for it’s upcoming adaptation of The Walking Dead, because apparently television networks release posters for TV shows now. Who knew? Where do they put these things anyway? On bus stops or something? If you see one somewhere out in the wild, let me know.

Anyway, i’m excited for the new series… but nothing about that poster really says “Zombies!” to me. Although it definietly has a very post-apocalyptic feel to it. And AMC either really loves that horse, or it was the first thing they filmed, because it’s been in almost all their promos!

Be sure to swing by the official website for all sorts of info on The Walking Dead. They’ve got news and interviews, videos, photos, games and contests. There’s even an episode guide, which is weird because the first episode hasn’t actually aired yet.

And, of course, make sure to tune in for the premier on AMC this Halloween. It will be the perfect way to cap off this year’s zombie movie marathon! I know i’ll be watching.

Yeah, they plaster these things all over the place in NYC. Not necessarily this, but tv show posters are all over the place.

I have seen a few for Glee lately, i have to admit. But usually i think of a fake TV Executive’s office when i imagine posters for TV shows. Kinda’ like that episode of Seinfeld.
